Parco della Musica Records presents “Sephirot. Kabbalah in Music,” the album by Gabriele Coen with his new full sextet, consisting of Lutte Berg, Pietro Lussu, Marco Loddo, Luca Caponi and Pierpaolo Bisogno. After previous experiences with the Klezroym and two brilliant works with Tzadik ( John Zorn‘s New York label), the Roman saxophonist, clarinetist and composer lands this time in sextet on his sixth record as a principal, joining the Parco della Musica Records stable. “Sephirot. Kabbalah in Music” is the title of this new album, inspired by the symbolism of the tree of life according to Kabbalah and Jewish mysticism; a journey inside the structure of the divine world on a mystical level, but also an exploration of the moods of human beings.
