The ONJGT National Young Talent Jazz Orchestra directed by Paolo Damiani was established to enhance emerging young talent on the Italian jazz scene. The orchestra consists of 11 musicians, most of them under 35, with an admirable balance between men and women. The repertoire ranges from original compositions by members of the orchestra to pure improvisation. The Jazz Orchestra has made several recordings at the Teatro Studio Borgna, part of the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone.
