Loreena McKennitt returns live to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of "The Mask and Mirror." Described as "timeless and transcendent" and praised for its cross-cultural contamination of Celtic, Spanish and Moroccan influences, it is undoubtedly one of the most beloved works of the McKennitt who says of it this way, "This album has been a historical and musical pilgrimage for me, and I'm excited to bring it back during the summer tour in Europe. This is a milestone anniversary in my career and I am looking forward to celebrating it." In composing it, Loreena says she followed several inspirations and considered some questions that resonate in the story, "Who was God? What are religion and spirituality? What was revealed and what hidden, what was the mask and what was the mirror?"
