The Florida Inspirational Singers brings a uniquely gospel repertoire to Europe, where the great soul sound of the southern U.S. tradition blends with spirituals and the more modern sounds of this genre. A group made up of musicians from the cities of Orlando and Tampa and led by two leaders-Nathan Mitchell, an accomplished American smooth jazz musician (composer, producer, keyboardist and multi-instrumentalist) who has become one of the industry's most respected "musical storytellers." This multi-award-winning artist is best known for his unique talent, energy, and the enthusiasm he instills in the audience. In his career he has had 3 NAACP nominations for "Outstanding Jazz Album," a GRAMMY nomination as producer and composer, 2 number 1 songs on BILLBOARD. The 'other leader John Polk is a pastor and gospel musician with national and international experience. In 2006 he formed the group called "Voices of Life" which would later take the final name of JP & 1Voice in 2012. During those years he was noticed by two gospel legends, Donnie McClurkin and Yolanda Adams, who then invited him as a chorister on their national tours. Since that experience he has had the privilege of collaborating with other top names, such as Dorinda Clark Cole, Todd Dulaney, Jovonta Patton, LaRue Howard. John Polk is also a great entertainer and is able to engage the audience by creating an atmosphere of great celebration and joy.
