His research topics include marine biology focusing on floristic and vegetation studies with emphasis on alien species; bio-remediation, sustainable aquaculture and circular economy. She is the author of 180 scientific publications, editor of two monographs and one scientific-disclosure essay since she is dedicated to science popularization.
